Q: Who does SoftTouch market to?
We market to a variety of educational populations.
Our authoring programs such as My Own Bookshelf and Test Me Score Me can be
used with any educational population. They have the added feature of data
keeping and a variety of access options for those student who find using a
mouse difficult or impossible.
Another major population is for preschool students with all kinds of
disabilities. Even though our software can easily be used for all preschool
students, it was designed for students with disabilities. It has a larger
buttons to activate and gives a variety of access options if the student cannot
use a mouse.
A third population are students with severe and profound disabilities. Our
offerings such as Teen Tunes Plus, Shop Til You Drop, Attention Teens and more
were specifically designed for those students. Age appropriate graphics and
topics are included. These programs are usually at the level of cause and
effect and choice making.
The autistic population find many of our titles extremely helpful. There are
bundles that specifically address those needs.
