Q. I am getting Error Code -34
when starting a program on Windows 2000 and no audio from the program. How do I
fix this?
This error is caused by Macromedia Director, the software that is used to
create our software. Macromedia advises that an error -34 can occur when
Director attempts to copy files to the C:\ drive when that drive is over 3GB
and unpartitioned. Unfortunately, they don't have a patch for this error and
the only solution is to partition the drive into smaller segments and install
and run the program on a segment that is less than 3GB in size.

Q. When running My Own
Bookshelf, I am getting error when trying to export a book. The error message
is "String Expected: dosGetLastError() 100016". How do I fix this?
This error is caused when you have a space at the end of your title when you
created your book. To fix this problem, simply edit your book and go to "Book
Title" and click on the delete button to remove the space at the end of the
title. This should fix your export errors.
