SoftTouch uses UPS as its primary shipping provider although will use USPS for certain addresses that UPS cannot deliver to. 

No Sales Tax
SoftTouch does not charge sales tax on its orders if shipped outside the state of Nebraska.  If shipped to a Nebraska address, you will be charged current city and state taxes.

Domestic Orders
SoftTouch uses a rate schedule which determines shipping during checkout based on the weight and shipping destination of the package(s). The following shipping options are available for domestic orders during checkout:

  • Standard Ground (5 to 7 business days in transit)
  • Second Day Air
  • Next Day Air

The lead times for individual items may vary based on product availability.  

International Orders
International orders are shipped in the most efficient manner to ensure a timely delivery. If you are placing an order to be shipped outside the United States, please expect a delivery time of 7 to 14 business days after your order is placed. International orders cannot be expedited. SoftTouch is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties incurred upon delivery of the package(s), including amounts charged by Customs or a native courier.

Shipment Method
To ensure proper delivery of your order, SoftTouch will ship via a traceable method using UPS or USPS depending on the order size and the "Ship To" address. SoftTouch cannot ship to PO boxes; please provide a physical address on all orders.

Order Confirmation
After you submit your order and your payment is approved, you will receive an Order Confirmation from SoftTouch.com via e-mail. This order confirmation contains:

  • Your Order ID Number
  • A description of your purchase
  • The total amount of your order
